We provide support services to help you prepare and submit your ESTA application to the relevant U.S. authorities.

Important: Esta-demande.com is not a government agency. The service cost includes administrative processing fees charged by the U.S. government.

2. Pricing and Payment

Service Fees:
The total price of our services includes:

  • Administrative fees imposed by the U.S. government.
  • Assistance and processing fees charged by esta-demande.com.
    Prices are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT).

Payment Terms:

  • Accepted Payment Methods: You can pay for your order using credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) or other secure electronic payment methods mentioned during the payment process.
  • Payment Security: All transactions on our site are secured with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
  • Payment Processing: Your order will only be processed after full payment validation. If your bank or financial institution rejects the transaction, your request will not be processed.

Billing:
A detailed invoice will be sent to the email address provided during your order. Please keep it for your records.

Specific Conditions:

  • In the event of a payment error (incomplete or incorrect payment), esta-demande.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel the service until full payment is received.
  • No refunds will be issued once your request processing has begun, except in exceptional cases as defined in Article 5: Limitation of Liability.

3. Service Use

User Obligations:
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date information for your ESTA application. Any errors or omissions may result in denial by U.S. authorities, for which esta-demande.com cannot be held liable.

Processing Times:
Esta-demande.com commits to submitting your application within a maximum of 96 hours after receiving all necessary information. However, we cannot guarantee response times from U.S. authorities.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to fully executed services before the withdrawal period ends. By validating your request, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

5. Limitation of Liability

Esta-demande.com is not liable for:

  • Denial of your ESTA application by U.S. authorities.
  • Changes to immigration rules or procedures by the U.S. government.
  • Incorrect or fraudulent use of information provided by the user.
  • Temporary unavailability of our website due to technical reasons.

6. Personal Data Protection

Your data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7. Termination

Esta-demande.com reserves the right to unilaterally terminate access to its services in case of non-compliance with these GTC or any attempted fraud by the user.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These GTC are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal proceedings. If no agreement is reached, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of the esta-demande.com registered office.
